Invite-only. Contractors don’t apply publicly.

Invited contractors

If you were invited to Neighborhood Contractors, you’ll receive the next steps by email. This page explains what to expect while we keep early operations simple and founder-led.

Sign-in will be added later. For now, invitations and onboarding are handled directly through email.

What to expect

We keep this process simple and professional — one good-fit introduction at a time.

If you were invited

  • You’ll receive an email confirming the invite
  • Do this now: reply to the invite email to confirm you want in (or contact us if you didn’t receive it)
  • We’ll confirm service areas, trade(s), and availability preferences
  • When a homeowner request is a fit, we’ll relay the project details
  • If you accept, we do a clean handoff and you work directly with the homeowner

Important notes

  • No bidding, no rankings, no marketplace behavior
  • Contractors can decline based on availability and fit
  • Neighborhood Contractors doesn’t manage projects or arbitrate disputes
  • Invite Credits are used only when accepting a homeowner request (not for messages)
I didn’t get an invite. Can I sign up?

No. Contractors are invite-only and can’t join without a homeowner referral/invitation.

I was invited but don’t see an email.

Check spam/junk folders first. If you still don’t see it, contact us and include the email address you were invited with.

When will sign-in be available?

Sign-in will be added after early operations are stable. For now, onboarding and introductions are handled directly through email.
