If your issue is a project dispute, we can provide guidance on the platform but we do not arbitrate outcomes.

Before you send

  • Include your city (or ZIP) so we can point you in the right direction
  • Share the trade needed (remodel, paint, HVAC, etc.)
  • If you’re using a Referral Credit, include the contractor’s name
  • Remember: booked-out is normal for great contractors
Do homeowners pay to submit a request?

No. Homeowners can submit job requests for free.

Does the $12 Referral Credit go to the contractor?

No. The $12 is not paid to the contractor and is not a membership fee.

Can a contractor apply to join?

No. Contractors are invite-only and cannot join without a homeowner referral/invitation.
